Dad gets re-married to Jennifer Richardson an imposter, and then kidnapped while on his honey moon. Adam anonymously Extorts his father’s “Sugar Baby’s to raise the 2-million-dollar ransom and rescue his father!

Season #1 -Episode (1-10) -Summary

Act 1

Flashback scene -Year 1989

David Goldberg, 28’s handsome Stanford law graduate and his roommate JERRY STEINBURG meet Laura O’Mally and her roommate Ruth shortly after their senior graduation party heading towards the observatory everyone plastered out of their minds!

Back Story-

Several women on the O’Mally side of the family have died giving birth, making it a long-standing CURSE. Laura ignores her mother’s warnings and graduation night intentionally pokes holes into several condoms, getting caught red handed by Ruth her roommate tossing them into her purse! Laura and her roommate Ruth get drunk and leave the party early to visit the campus Observatory.

Walking to the Observatory Laura and Ruth bump into David and his roommate, whom are both equally drunk. Ruth files thru Laura’s purse grabbing one of the punctured Condom’s and Jerry’s hand heading off to the woods to have sex. Laura much too drunk to warn her roommate grabs another punctured condom and has sex with David under the clear starry night.

The next day David fly’s back to Brentwood to visit his family and make decisions about his life not answering Laura O’Mally’s continued calls and voicemails. Upset Laura goes out to a local bar and runs into David’s roommate Jerry. Several drinks later, Laura pulls out another punctured condom and has sex with Jerry under the campus Observatory stairwell. Five weeks later both Laura and Ruth realize each are pregnant, however Laura is unsure whom the father might be, and is much too scared to tell David, Jerry and her mom the truth! A couple of days later David calls Laura and invites her out to stay with him at his parents’ home in Brentwood, CA. Laura accepts David’s invitation, feeling he will make a better father and safe family provider for their child than Jerry. David also invites Jerry is roommate to stay in his parent’s spare guest room for a few months while they open the joint family Law practice in Brentwood.

After the wedding David and Laura Goldberg walk along Dillon beach at sunset to discuss Laura’s maternal desire to have a biological child. David Goldberg politely objects while holding Laura’s hand firmly reminding Laura about her family’s well know curse. Several women in Laura’s family tree had for unknown reasons died while giving labor. Laura’s Aunt Megan had most recently passed away during labor making the curse a more serious and real possibility. Laura stops walking, pauses and then let’s David know that he is going to be a father!! The color from David’s face goes white for a brief second as he digests losing his wife giving birth! Laura receives a panicked and confused voicemail from Ruth regarding being pregnant by Jerry. Along with permission from David’s parents Ruth is invited to stay with Jerry in the spare guest room! The drama unfolds as Laura and Jerry handle their one-night affair!

Jumping ahead 9 months

Laura delivers a healthy 6lbs baby boy named Adam- David has already held Adam in the Newborn staging wing. Ruth’s is now hours away from having her baby with Jerry. Laura Goldberg wakes up from her long rest and requests to be transported via a wheelchair to the Newborn infant care center to hold and see her newborn baby. David Goldberg helps the nurses get Laura into a wheelchair, unlock the wheels, adjust Laura’s hospital gown and begin to roll towards the hallway. Laura eyes and appearance seem to be non-coherent as she waves over David and remarks “I don’t feel so good honey” Laura’s eyes close and she collapse in her wheel chair. The nurses call the Code Blue to Laura Goldberg’s room and get Laura back into room and hook up her equipment. The staff ask David to please wait in the Intensive care waiting area while the doctors work to save Laura’s life. David walks into the waiting area and is met by his mother and father and Laura’s parents. David fills everyone in on Laura’s current medical state as they all wait for an update.

The primary pediatrics attending physician Dr. Leonard Hawkins steps into the room and addresses everyone regarding Laura Goldberg’s current medical status. The physician explains that Laura has had a Pulmonary embolism or blood clot which has traveled from her leg to her heart and then to her brain leaving Laura’s brain deficient of oxygen for over an hour. Laura is now on life support as her brain functions are no longer working. The physician expresses his sincerest apologies and asks that everyone work together to do what’s best for Laura. The Family members and David Goldberg decide to stop the life support systems and Laura Goldberg passes away.

Grieving, David becomes socially introverted working very long hours each week at the family law practice. Months later, Jerry Steinburg privately text’s David a new exciting online web site filled with local hot Sugar Baby’s. David Goldberg then hires Ms. BORKOWSKI a grumpy, old nanny to raise Adam while he operates the family law practice downtown. Adam attends high school unaware his widowed father is paying to have sexual relationships with several young college girls, aka “Sugar Baby’s”. David keeps meticulous track of each sexual encounter secretly recording every sexual meeting in a diary. David also tracks each Sugar Baby via GPS trackers behaving like a stalker. David’s first Sugar Baby is MIA RODRIGUEZ a vivacious upbeat college girl living with her sick grandmother. After a few discrete sexual encounters, Mia sends David a text demanding payment for her cell phone and car payment along with several social links tied to David’s law practice and personal Facebook pages. David wires Mia her requested bill payment money, praying Mia will be satisfied and stop her money requests. A week goes by and Mia Rodriquez sends David a text photo that shows Mia and David engaged in sexual behavior. Mia follows up her sexual text photo with a request from David for more cash to pay rent and buy groceries. David Goldberg is also a member of the Brentwood Bar association and many nonprofit charity organizations.

David realizes the impact Mia can have on his comfortable life, so he dedicates several hours each day following and spying on Mia. David pulls a reverse telephone search and discovers Mia Rodriguez real name is NORA GONZALES. David then runs a full background check on Nora Gonzales revealing Nora is a young convicted felon with many relatives living under the same roof. David spends hours browsing Nora Gonzales social life and photos learning every little nuance about Nora’s family and life.
